The second part of X-men, released in 2003 and directed by Bryan Singer. The second part was better than the first and is considered as the best in the first trilogy. The distinctive point of the film was the story itself that somehow reminded me of "Days of the Future Past" 2014.
The story is about the attack of one of the most dangerous mutants on the President of the United States. This point forced the President to act and let William Stryker( Brian Cox) end this. Well done villain. He's smart and decisive, he thinks he's good which makes him even more dangerous.
Wolverine(Hugh Jackman) plays a central role in the movie. He is perceived as the main character and everything tied with him. Trying to find answers to what he was before the memory loss, he travels by Cyclops motorcycle through the world , which is ironic, considering that they hate each other. Their love triangle with Jean Grey(Famke Janssen) plays an important role in drama. By the way X2 in addition to the superhero genre is an excellent drama.
The plot is even very good, it is confusing, but smart. Later it creates feelings of enjoyment by the thought of the creators.
I really liked the movie. I watched it many years later, when I first saw it. And I was very surprised how good it was. Great job is done by the whole crew. The film looks great, it has got a few weaknesses. For me, it was a bit too violent and intimidating. But well done action and great acting smooth out these imperfections. A special role plays the relationship between Magneto and Professor Charles Xavier. They are played by such wonderful actors as Patrick Steward and Ian McKellen. Their interaction with each other is great.
The movie itself is just brilliant, I like the selected tone and of course the characters themselves and their development.
